Position: Principal Consultant

Responsibilities include developing work plans and project approaches in the financial audit context and/or consulting world, analyzing state of the art client server systems and multi-platform systems while providing detailed reports on the vulnerability's of these systems to our clients. Candidate will be expected to take a consultant's approach to the assurance process of a client's operations utilizing portions of the CobiT standard methodology to assess our client's operations. You will be responsible for advising new solutions to our client's complex business problems and automating systems reporting. Understand engagement as it relates to client's business. Contribute to engagement planning and ensure that products/deliverables meet contracts and exceed expectations

Skills – Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal skills
  
• At least 8 years experience in managerial role in IT Department
  
• Understanding of comprehensive security programs: technologies and tools, architectures and network application design, policies – business aspects of risk
  
• Must be willing to travel
  
• Knowledge of Serena TeamTrack software a strong plus
  
• High level technical programming skills required
  
• Experience auditing and working with UNIX, Linux, RACF, IBM Mainframe applications, Distributed applications, Client/Server environment, web applications and Windows NT/2000/XP operating Experience auditing and working with Sybase, Access, DB2 database management systems
  
• Knowledge and experience with industry regulatory requirements (i.e., Sarbanes-Oxley, Basel, Gramm-Leach Bliley, California SC 1386 and more)
  
• Working knowledge of Visio, PowerPoint, Excel Macros and other presentation tools
  
• BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Business Accounting or Finance
  
• Experience conducting application, general computer control and business process audits in a client server environment
  
• Strong understanding of security software, database technology and emerging E-commerce and Internet technologies.
  
• Ability to perform technical audits.
  
• Document Sarbanes-Oxley finds and action items and communicate observations to control owners and senior management
  
• Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley IT controls testing efforts with Internal Audit, the Senior Compliance Auditor and the Internal Controls Manager

Position: Developer

The Developer position requires a dynamic person who is capable of working in a fast paced environment with development and support responsibilities for multiple concurrent projects. Candidate must be able to manage time effectively. Additionally, a high-level of technical programming skills are required in order to devise or modify new and existing installations of moderately complex scope. Knowledge and understanding of Serena TeamTrack software is a strong plus. Visual Basic and VBScript are a must. Working knowledge of C++ also desirable. Communication is key in order to effectively work with consultants and other application developers. Must be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently. 3 years working experience with Visual Basic and VBScript.
