Renee Murphy
Managing Director
Renee Murphy, a former Vice President of Technical Operations,
has over eleven years of technology experience in the software, financial, entertainment,
retail, and service industries implementing Control Objectives for Information
and related Technology (CobiT) standards framework for auditable IT controls
and Technical Operations generally accepted
practices for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining fyoozhen+Consulting, Ms. Murphy's extensive
experience includes serving as a SOX Auditor for BDO Seidman, VP of Technical
Operations for City National Bank, Director of Information Technology for CCH
Incorporated, and Manager of Data Communications for FOX Cable Networks.
Samuel Pusateri
VP of Finance
Prior to joining fyoozhen+Consulting as Vice President
of Finance, Samuel Pusateri's experience includes over 15 years of experience
in the professional services financial sector at Ketchum Inc. and O’Melveny & Myers,
LLP. Mr. Pusateri's background extends to management of the Strategic Planning
and Financial Operational Management business units, and strategic analysis including
acquisitions, client pricing, and development of quarterly financial performance
reports for senior management.
Mr. Pusateri holds a bachelors degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State
University.
Amy Rosen
Director of Marketing and New Business Development
Amy Rosen comes to fyoozhen+Consulting with over 20 years
of Marketing and Business Development experience in the retail, financial and
entertainment industries; including licensing and merchandising. Prior to joining
Fyoozhen+Consulting, Ms. Rosen’s extensive management background included
MGM/UA, The Food Network, QVC, the world’s largest electronic retailer,
and AmeriCorp Funding. Amy holds a bachelors degree in Marketing and
Communication from California State University, Northridge.
